Multi-Racial

Many discussions were had about the nature of multi-racial cities such as Los Angeles. The LA 1992 events were perceived by some as proof that multi-racial cities "cannot work", due to too many differences in culture, values, etc. A few feared this event to be a result of the "browning of America", and the start of the U.S.'s destruction. Others sought to unify the different groups by relying on multi-racial rhetoric for solidarity and a redefined American identity. With the idea of Black-Korean conflict penetrating the discourse of the riots, in what ways did these photos portray interactions between groups of different racial identities?
